SSC CGL 17th feb 2018 analysis- The Staff Selection Commission has successfully conducted the much awaited CGL tier 2 exam on 17th February 2018. The exam was earlier schedule to be held in the month of January 2018.  As expected, candidates in huge numbers have attended the exam. As per the media reports nearly 8089 vacancies is to be filled by SSC CGL exam. The tier 2 exam was held into two slot. First slot of maths exam was between 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM  and the second slot of English exam was 03:15 PM to 5:15 PM. SSC CGL Tier 2 math analysis 2018

SSC CGL tier 2 math analysis- Most of the questions in SSC CGL Tier 2 maths exam was moderate to difficult. The SSC CGL tier 2 math exam was very lengthy with lot of calculation. Due to this nature of the SSC CGL tier 2 maths question paper, it was very time consuming and difficult.The SSC CGL math Tier 2 paper seems to be more difficult than the previous year paper. Most of the questions were new and tricky.

Questions asked in the SSC CGL tier 2 math paper are:-

  • A+B+AB =65 THEN A-B?
  • What is the number of months which amounts to Rs___ compounded semi annually at the rate of 20%
  • Find the number between 1000 and 9999 which is divisible by 283
  • Find the radius of sphere having surface area 3452cm square
  • Two trains having speed _ km/h and _ km/h.If second train reaches destination late by 8 minutes than first one. Due to some technical failure on first train it now reaches destination late by 12 minutes.(qmaths). find out the distance between the two station?
  • A certain amount is divided into 3 people. X gets 2/7 of what Y gets and Y gets 4/9 of what Z gets.. then by how much amount more Z gets than A
  • What is the number of months which amounts to Rs___ compounded semi annually at the rate of 20%
  • If (a+b)/c=7/9 and (b+c)/a=11/5.. the find the value of c
  • If the ratio of curved surface area and total surface area of a cylinder is 2:1.. then find out the volume of the cylinder
  • What is the rate of interest if the Simple interest is 8000 and the compound interest is 8164.. for two years.
  • A sphere is put inside a hollow cone having base radius r. Then find out the ratio between the radius of sphere and the hollow cone
  • What is the unit digit of the sum of first 111 whole numbers?

SSC CGL Tier 2 cut off

17 Feb SSC CGL tier 2 cut off 2018-  It is very necessary to secure the cut off marks in order to qualify for the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam. Based on the SSC CGL 17 february Tier 2 cut off, candidates will be shortlisted for the next rounds of selection. Cut off list are prepared on the basis of the several factors such as level of examination, number of vacancies and number of participants.  Candidates can check the SSC official website to download their SSC CGL tier 2 2018 cut off marks. Once it will be prepared, a separate notification will be uploaded on the SSC official website.

SSC CGL TIER 2 English review

SSC CGL english analysis tier 2- As per the feedback receive from the candidates, it seems that the SSC CGL English paper was of moderate level. The paper was a blend of new and repetitive questions. The reading comprehension was easy to moderate. Candidates were expecting a difficult paper similar to the SSC CGL tier 2 maths one, but at the end got relief to see a moderate level paper.
